Absentee Ballot Applications Available for 11/3/2026 Election

Absentee ballot applications are now available for the November 3rd, 2026 General Election and Special Town Meeting.
Voters may complete an absentee ballot application by doing one of the following:
- Completing an application in-person at the Buxton Town Hall
- By calling the Town Clerk’s office at 207-929-6171
- Submitting a request online via the Secretary of State’s website: https://absenteeballotrequest.sos.maine.gov/
Absentee ballots will be available beginning on Monday, October 5, 2026.
Voters who complete an absentee ballot application now can expect to receive their ballot in the mail in early October.
